My fish story

If you read my blog yesterday(hey, you can still read it if you haven't already), you know that I am scared of small animals. So let me tell you a story.  I was still in high school and one day I was walking back home from school and I saw someone on the street was selling some sort of fish. They were just in a really small container. Anyway, I thought they were really pretty so I bought them and I even bought a little tank for them. The guy that sold me the fish told me how to take care of the fish and such. I was quite happy and brought the fish home.

I kept looking at them and I liked them so much. The next day, the water was really dirty and I thought time to change water. Ok, so I didn't dare to touch the fish. I am not sure why I just couldn't bring myself to touch them. Something that should only take 2 mins, took me half an hour because I tired to avoid touching them.  A while later, a fish died and I didn't dare to take it out of the water so the other fish ate it and it only had bones left..........oooh, it was kind of scary. After that I couldn't look at the fish anymore so they all died eventually........I know I am cruel........told you I am that scared of little animals. And my family said that I shouldn't bought them if I didn't dare to take care of them.  They were right.

Whenever my family tried to keep an animal I would flip out. Either it was a rabbit, a chicken or a turtle. I wouldn't let them come near me. And when they died(not because of me, I didn't kill them, ok!), they would say, "you must be really happy(in a really angry tone)!" Well, I was sad when they died, I didn't feel happy when something die. I really didn't mind having animals in the house but just when I am home, keep them in their cage, that was all I asked!

Anyway, I thought that because fish would always be in their tank so I didn't need to worry but I was wrong. So whenever I went to Walmart I would go see the fish tank, my husband would ask me if I wanted to get some. I would say, well, you will have to take care of them because I won't. So we never got to get any fish, but they are so pretty tho, I am just not lucky enough to have them. Oh well!

Do you love Lion?

Whenever I was asked what my favorite animal is, I would say lion. I am not sure if it is because I love the movie Lion King so much. I was still quite young, when lion king came out. I remember my whole family went to the movie theater for it. I thought it was a great movie and I still think it's a great movie.

Even tho I told people my favorite animal is lion, I actually know nothing about them. I don't even think that I would dare to touch one if I have a chance. I think I like it because it's just so pretty, at least all the pictures I have seen are pretty. I have never seen a lion in real life so I am not sure if a lion really look this beautiful as the pictures. I always thought that their hair would be so soft and it would be really comfortable laying with them.

Anyway, I am sure I won't dare go near them when I see one because I am actually quite afraid of animals. The only animal I am not afraid of is my own dog. I don't even like to touch little cat. I think cats are really scary actually. I especially hate little animals. I just don't like them running around and jumping up and down.  I know, enough of my crazy talk already so I will stop here.

Introducing our new mugs store!

In case you haven't notice, we opened a new store that only sells mugs. Mug can really make a good gift. I know I told you before we decided to just sell mousepad but then I saw how beautiful those mugs are so we decided to open a store just for mugs. I think to have a store that sell a particular thing or theme will make the store cleaner and more professional. That's why decided to open another store. We are also working on a Postcard and Postage store, a Business cards store and a Keds shoes store. We have been working hard on designing Business cards, we now have the template for dental, lawyer, personal trainer, lawn care, automotive, welder and chiropractor business cards. I am not going to show you the business cards yet, you will have to find out later.

We are also thinking to create a website on webs.com. It looks like a lot of people having success using webs.com to promote their product so we are going to give it a try. However, I can't promise when I will get around to it. I have been really busy lately working on a lot of stuff. I feel like I may explode......haha, just kidding!

I am not sure why I don't feel really good these few days, I just couldn't sit in front of the computer all that much. Hopefully, I will get better soon!

Let me show you some of my favorite mugs:

The Peak, Hong Kong

If you don't already know, I am originally from Hong Kong. I was born and raised there. I lived there for 22 years. I came here when I was 22 and married to my husband who is an American. We met on the internet and had talked to each other for about 9 months before I came all the way here to meet him. The next day we met in person we got engaged. It was crazy I know but we also felt right about it. So here we are, we have been married for about 4 years. July will be our anniversary. Time flies.

We went to Hong Kong about 2 years ago that was the first time my husband met my family. We had a really good time. We visited a lot of places and ate a lot of good food. We went to The Peak, Lantau Island, different museums, Ocean Park, Wetland Park, Stanley, etc. We go all over the place. We only stayed for 10 days and it wasn't enough time. We wish to go back soon.

Today, I would like to talk about The Peak. The Peak is a really famous place in Hong Kong, if you go to Hong Kong, you have to go there. We took the tram to go up to the top. It was a fun ride because the tram goes up a 45 degree slope the whole way.  When you get to the peak, you can look down to the Victoria Harbor and it is really beautiful. You can see all the tall buildings just right under your foot. It is amazing. You can also check out the Wax Museum at the Peak.

There are a lot of expensive restaurants up on the peak where people like to propose to their girlfriends. I have never went to any of those restaurants because I couldn't afford it and no one ever invite me there. haha!

Anyway, it is cool to just walk around on the peak. There are also a lot of unique things that you can buy. If you got a chance to go to Hong Kong. The peak will be the number one place to go. If you go to Hong Kong and didn't go there, you can't say that you have been to Hong Kong.

Want to see how Hong Kong look like from the peak, check these out:

Utah, Utah!

You are probably sick of hearing our San Francisco trip but it was just so fun and so much to do, not like Utah. Yes, I am currently living in Utah. No offense but what a boring place. I am a city girl, I am originally from Hong Kong(so please excuse my poor English). The first time I took my husband to Hong Kong, he almost got blown away by the craziness in Hong Kong. Hong Kong is just so busy and has so many people. However, Utah does has its own beauty. It's mostly quiet and calm. A little too calm in my opinion. It's a great place to travel and relax but to live, I just don't think so unless I am retired.

Anyway, If you like nature stuff, you would probably like Utah. We went to Ophir last year to see the old mines. Ophir's other name is Utah ghost town. The hike was crazy, well for me it was, remember, I am a city girl. Here is the highlight of the day:

A big hole on my butt!

Why? Because we had to slide all the way down from a big hill which was full all rocks. My butt was hurting for a while. But overall, it was fun to see the old mine sites, even tho all the mines were locked.

We also went to The Timpanogos Cave last year. It was only about 45 mins hike for us. It wasn't a difficult hike. The cave was really pretty. Definitely worth it to go visit. There were a lot of visitors from different countries when we went. I guess it is really famous. If you decide to go, be sure to check their opening hours on their website. The tickets also sold out pretty quickly. It was October when we went and it was already kind of cold but still a lot of people went that day. You can't buy the tickets ahead of time either, I thought it was kind of dumb. When I called and wanted to reserve a place, they told me that I couldn't and that I should go there early to buy the tickets. And if they sold out for the day, you would have no luck getting in the cave.

Anyway, you may be bored out of your mind already so I am going to stop here. If you haven't been to Utah yet, here are some products that featured the beautiful Utah for you:
